What you will do

• Architect and develop robust, scalable, maintainable, and resilient software across the entire stack.
• Diagnose and address bugs to bolster software stability and resilience.
• Participate in on-call rotation with other engineers.
• Engage proactively in pull requests and spike documents to foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with the team to systematically identify and mitigate technical debt.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and participate in learning opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a developer working with modern web frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails or Django.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies, such as React, Angular, or Typescript.
• Excited to work on full-stack problems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration and discussing complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be located in Brazil or Argentina.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Ruby on Rails, React & React Native.
• B.Sc or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience with deploying infrastructure as code using SDKs like AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran and DBT.
• Experience working at an early stage startup.
