What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals.
- Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), and legal guidelines.
- Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ, collaborating with RevOps to maintain the product catalog and configure pricing rules.
- Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders to resolve commercial blockers.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Sales and CS teams on quoting processes and new system enhancements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling.
- Solid understanding of subscription pricing models, SaaS contracting terms, and basic revenue recognition principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex rules to sales teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Background in Identity Security or regulated industries.
