What you will do

• Build and adapt data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions.
• Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality.
• Work with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs.
• Monitor and improve data reliability, applying close attention to detail.
• Design key metrics to measure different aspects of the business and create new dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Experience working with finance teams within the financial/banking industry in Israel.
• Proficiency with SQL and knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Background and education in a quantitative discipline.
• Solid mathematical and statistics knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject.
• Experience with additional programming languages.
• Experience in accounting.
