Data Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Data Analyst (Fintech): Involved in building and developing a modern Data Platform for a leading bank, acting as a bridge between business needs and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions. Focus on supporting the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics, translating expected outcomes into business features.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business needs and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
• Participate in building or rebuilding the Bank’s Data Platform.
• Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand expected outcomes and translate them into business features.
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.
• Take ownership of tasks, features, and user stories in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with complex and ambiguous requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with business users.
• Independence and ownership in task execution.
• Experience with data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality.
• Familiarity with machine learning, big data, and CI/CD pipelines.
