Data Analytics Specialist: Advancing lakehouse platforms and product team experience for data analytics with an accent on building and optimizing ELT pipelines on Databricks across bronze/silver/gold layers. Salary: 2,400–2,900 EUR gross (monthly)

What you will do

• Compose, build, and operate ELT pipelines on Databricks (Spark/SQL/PySpark), ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Develop full-stack applications and APIs for managing golden data sources and integrating into core metrics.
• Optimize SQL for analytical models and dimensional layers, focusing on query performance and cost.
• Engineer AWS data services (EC2, RDS) using Terraform and implement CI/CD for data and application artifacts.
• Partner with product and platform teams to modernize data workloads to cloud-native lakehouse standards.
• Generate standardized global reporting using PowerBI to provide clear analytical business insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Java for both data pipelines and applications.
• Proven experience in Data Analytics/Data Engineering roles with production exposure to AWS (or other major clouds).
• Strong database fundamentals (SQL design, query optimization, indexing) and practical experience with RDBMS and data warehousing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, SQL) and ETL/ELT patterns; familiarity with orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices.
• This is a hybrid role based in Vilnius, Lithuania, requiring at least 3 days a week in-office attendance.
