Data Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home per week, in Málaga, Spain.

What you will do

• Model data in the collaborative data platform to perform critical Treasury data analysis.
• Build reports and reconciliations for the Treasury domain, managing end-to-end solutions across all jurisdictions.
• Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations using BI tools for Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls.
• Coordinate and implement data analysis initiatives with Treasury, Product, and Tech teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills to read and write complex SQL queries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage, organise, and present data in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience applied to Treasury or Finance.
• Experience with dbt, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, LookerStudio), or Looker.
• Experience working with Python.
• Financial Services and Capital Markets experience (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury Management).
