SEO Specialist Manager (iGaming): Defining and driving comprehensive SEO strategy for flagship websites in the North American (USA & Canada) markets with an accent on technical SEO audits, market research, and competitive benchmarking. Focus on leading site migrations, optimizing link profiles, and implementing "Test & Learn" culture to innovate constantly.

Location: Central Paris, France (Hybrid model, up to 2 days/week remote after onboarding. Full-remote applications will not be considered.)

What you will do

• Define and drive the complete SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical) tailored for the North American markets.
• Build and execute an ambitious SEO roadmap in close collaboration with Content Managers and development teams.
• Analyze North American SERPs, conduct market research, and run competitive benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead site migration and/or redesign projects, guaranteeing SEO performance.
• Conduct in-depth technical audits (crawl, indexation, performance, logs) and prioritize corrective actions.
• Define relevant keyword and internal linking strategies for the US/Canada market.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of confirmed experience in SEO, with a strong technical focus.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher required) for daily communication in an English-speaking market.
• Expert mastery of SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, log analysis tools).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex analysis).
• Solid knowledge of web languages (HTML/CSS/JS) and their impact on SEO.
• Proven experience in managing migrations and/or redesigns of high-traffic sites.
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T concepts and their practical application, especially for YMYL topics.
• Strategic vision for AI's impact on search (SGE, Generative AI) and how to adapt SEO strategy accordingly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the iGaming sector or previous experience in highly competitive markets (US/UK).
