Senior Influencer Marketing Manager: Defining and executing hirify.global’s influencer marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and scalable growth with an accent on building strong creator relationships and optimizing performance. Focus on identifying high-potential platforms and creators, experimenting with new growth levers, and ensuring reliable tracking and attribution for influencer-led growth.

Location: Remote. While you can work from home in Paris or from a coworking space elsewhere, candidates must have native-level French proficiency.

What you will do

  • Own and shape hirify.global’s influencer marketing strategy and roadmap, focusing on efficient user acquisition and scalable growth.
  • Build, manage, and scale hirify.global’s influencer ecosystem from sourcing to performance tracking, fostering long-term relationships with high-impact creators.
  • Drive acquisition performance by identifying and optimizing platforms, creator profiles, verticals, and formats to maximize LTV, CAC, and retention.
  • Experiment relentlessly with creator types, creative angles, and collaboration models to unlock new, efficient growth levers.
  • Own tracking, attribution, and optimization for influencer-led growth, working with Product and Data to refine incentives and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of influencer trends, explore emerging formats, and share learnings to continuously raise the bar on influencer-driven acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, including at least 2 years dedicated to influencer marketing.
  • Native-level French and fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, capable of identifying, recruiting, and managing creators at scale.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and workflows in parallel.
  • User-centric mindset with a strong desire to understand user behavior and content response.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into impactful actions.
  • Entrepreneurial, AI-curious and hands-on mindset.

  • Step 2 – Role-specific assessments: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief.
  • Step 3 – Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
  • References: Up to five calls with former colleagues or managers.
