What you will do
- Own and shape hirify.global’s influencer marketing strategy and roadmap, focusing on efficient user acquisition and scalable growth.
- Build, manage, and scale hirify.global’s influencer ecosystem from sourcing to performance tracking, fostering long-term relationships with high-impact creators.
- Drive acquisition performance by identifying and optimizing platforms, creator profiles, verticals, and formats to maximize LTV, CAC, and retention.
- Experiment relentlessly with creator types, creative angles, and collaboration models to unlock new, efficient growth levers.
- Own tracking, attribution, and optimization for influencer-led growth, working with Product and Data to refine incentives and messaging.
- Stay ahead of influencer trends, explore emerging formats, and share learnings to continuously raise the bar on influencer-driven acquisition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles, including at least 2 years dedicated to influencer marketing.
- Native-level French and fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, capable of identifying, recruiting, and managing creators at scale.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and workflows in parallel.
- User-centric mindset with a strong desire to understand user behavior and content response.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into impactful actions.
- Entrepreneurial, AI-curious and hands-on mindset.
