What you will do

• Build and execute long-term marketing strategy across all company mobile products.
• Lead and scale the talented marketing team, building structure, processes, and cross-team synergy.
• Plan and manage performance marketing budgets with a laser focus on ROI and audience growth.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and DSP platforms, tackling account bans and ad policy blockers.
• Establish strategic relationships with key ad platforms to secure optimized rates, access to beta tools, and early features.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and changes in the social networking and ad tech landscape to champion new tools and innovations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, managing massive budgets and executing winning strategies.
• Recognized expert in digital marketing with hands-on experience in performance marketing, operations, and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, think strategically, and lead a powerful team.
• A strong high-level network and personal Head/C-level network to ensure priority support.
• Experience ensuring sensitive ad formats get approved without losing impact.
• English: C1+ required
