What you will do
- Define and drive strategic direction for Artbot DCO campaigns aligning with client and business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and seamless communication.
- Oversee DCO campaign conception, execution, and performance analysis, integrating personalization tactics.
- Develop robust measurement frameworks to optimize digital strategies using data-driven insights.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring resource allocation and professional development.
- Stay abreast of digital media landscape trends, including AI-driven marketing and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant media role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, media planning, buying, and activation across programmatic and social platforms.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and agencies.
- Proven ability to think strategically and apply analytical rigor to optimize digital media performance.
- Confidence in designing and implementing robust measurement frameworks for digital strategy effectiveness.
- Experience in conceiving and delivering successful DCO campaigns.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of social ads manager platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Familiarity with dynamic-feed ad serving and HTML5 capabilities.
- Understanding of the creative production process from concept to execution.
- Experience developing digital media strategies on a global or regional scale.
