Product Manager, Business Scalability (AI)

Location: Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment (3-4 days per week in-office, required attendance Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 + target equity + benefits

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
• Own and prioritize the roadmap, balancing external customer needs with internal team needs and platform integrity.
• Rapidly test, iterate, and deliver high-quality tools and systems.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more scalable systems.
• Deeply understand operational workflows, customer support pain points, and trust & safety risks.
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Ops, Risk, Sales, and Support, defining clear success metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS or startup environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and creative problem-solving skills beyond conventional solutions.
• Actively explores how to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive features from concept to launch with execution rigor.
• Solid product intuition with the ability to understand user needs and identify opportunities.
• Clear, concise communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional partners.
