What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team focused on protecting the company from fraud, money laundering, and regulatory challenges.
• Work with internal company programs to process tasks according to established procedures.
• Analyze customer activity to identify non-compliance with company rules and prevent fraud.
• Monitor existing risks daily, record new threats, and control suspicious transactions.
• Respond quickly to fraud incidents and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Occasionally work night shifts as part of the Risk and Antifraud Team.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mind and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment with large volumes of information.
• Good communication skills, stress resistance, and learning ability.
• Ability to break down complex tasks into components.
• English: B2 required.
