What you will do

  • Own and manage the global Deal Desk function, partnering with Sales leadership on deal structuring, pricing, and approval.
  • Position Deal Desk as a trusted advisor earlier in the sales cycle to accelerate deal velocity and improve deal quality.
  • Review deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, including pricing, configuration, and approvals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline global quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Drive operational improvements by identifying process gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and maturing Deal Desk systems.
  • Support Finance during month-end close and audit cycles, ensuring accurate deal reflection across global systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related commercial operations roles, with experience owning global or multi-region scope.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners across geographies.
  • Experience supporting multiple business models, including subscription-based and usage- or consumption-based revenue.
  • Strong execution, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable working through ambiguity and maturing processes.
  • English: B2 required for clear, concise communication with global stakeholders.

  • Experience scaling Deal Desk or commercial operations across multiple regions or time zones.
