What you will do
- Own and evolve hirify.global’s visual identity across all digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
- Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives that resonate with users and build trust.
- Design creative assets across the full funnel—from brand awareness to activation and retention—balancing brand expression and performance goals.
- Create, test, and iterate high-impact performance creatives, including ads, banners, landing pages, and app store visuals, using data and insights.
- Own design projects end to end, from concept to delivery, managing priorities with clarity, speed, and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand and/or performance design, ideally within high-growth B2C tech, fintech, or digital product environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both brand system work and performance-driven creative, with clear rationale and impact.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives across multiple formats and channels.
- A data-informed mindset, with the ability to use performance insights to guide creative decisions and continuous iteration.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive and autonomous approach to managing work, seeking feedback, and adapting quickly.
- Experience collaborating closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- CV must be submitted in English.
