Location: Hybrid in Dresden, Chemnitz, or Leipzig, Germany. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CET.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical and design advisor for enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into UI/UX, styling, and frontend customization solutions.
• Enable customers to build modern, accessible, and brand-consistent applications using hirify.global configuration and custom frontend techniques.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and design concepts to support decision-making.
• Design and support frontend implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, React ecosystem).
• Provide expert guidance on theming, custom CSS, layout strategies, and component- and widget-based architectures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, web design, or technical consulting in SaaS.
• Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Engineering, or comparable practical background.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Tailwind CSS and component-based design systems.
• Business-fluent German and English communication skills required.
