Senior AI Deployment Manager (AI): Leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of autonomous AI systems for enterprise customers, managing non-deterministic logic and complex multi-step reasoning with an accent on RAID management, clear guardrails, measurable KPIs, and high user adoption. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver multi-agent systems and translating manual business processes into structured agentic skills and tasks.

Location: This is a hybrid role (3 days per week) based in our Kitchener office.

What you will do

  • Orchestrate a cross-functional team (FDEs, Architects, and Data Scientists) to deliver complex multi-agent systems.
  • Work with customers to map manual business processes into structured agentic Skills and Tasks.
  • Lead Safety Reviews for every deployment, ensuring agents have clear limits on their authority.
  • Define the Gold Dataset for User Acceptance Testing and manage AI performance grading to meet accuracy requirements.
  • Oversee the mapping of agent tool-calling to connectors (CRM, ERP, Billing systems), ensuring security and data privacy.
  • Partner with customer business leads to showcase the value of Agents and increase adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Project Management, preferably in SaaS, CCaaS, or Enterprise AI.
  • Strong AI Literacy: understand the difference between a simple Chatbot and an Agent, comfortable discussing Context Windows, Hallucination Rates, and Inference Costs.
  • Experience running sprints in a world where AI logic can be unpredictable (Agile/Hybrid Mastery).
  • Ability to explain AI mistakes and control additions to non-technical customers (Stakeholder Management).
  • Thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of outcomes, and deliver measurable results under tight timelines.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and customer success.

Nice to have

  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
  • Telephony stack knowledge (WebRTC, SIP, SBCs).
  • Experience deploying chatbots or voice bots at >10K daily conversations.
  • Contributions to open-source AI agent frameworks.
