What you will do

• Partner closely with Marketing leadership to support planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
• Prepare summaries, materials, and analysis to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Partner with analytics and operations teams to improve access to trusted, decision-ready data and reporting.
• Manage and drive key operating rhythms such as monthly readouts and planning cycles.
• Design, document, and improve core business processes to increase efficiency and clarity.
• Act as a connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and adjacent teams to facilitate communication.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, RevOps, or Program Management.
• Strong operational foundation with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and keep work moving forward.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VP-level or senior leaders.
• Exposure to marketing performance reporting, planning cycles, or GTM operations.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
