Location: Flexible remote, full-time employees can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year.

What you will do

• Build and manage a portfolio of US-based brands and platforms, from onboarding to long-term collaboration.
• Structure and execute commercial agreements, revenue initiatives, and media activations.
• Track and analyze key performance and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct analyses of US e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to refine our strategy.
• Support hirify.global’s integration into the US affiliate and partner ecosystem.
• Act as an ambassador for hirify.global in the US, building strong relationships across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).
• You’re looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship (or gap-year internship), with at least 6 months of prior experience in a fast-paced, tech, consulting, or international environment.
• You are pragmatic and able to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy challenges, and love getting hands-on.
• You can independently manage complex projects from A to Z.
• You are fluent in French and comfortable working in English (written & spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in a US environment is a strong plus.
