Location: Hybrid, The Hague, Netherlands. Willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Advise and assist clients on using hirify.global Dimension in daily operational work, acting as a facilitator between financial institution end-users and their new financial system.
• Conduct workshops to explore client requirements, facilitating the capturing, defining, and suggestion of adapted solutions.
• Build, deliver, and test configuration work in hirify.global Dimension, focusing on fund accounting and general accounting aspects.
• Advise on process improvements through better use of hirify.global Dimension and contribute to improving and documenting best practices for implementations.
• Constantly expand your knowledge of hirify.global Dimension and clients’ businesses to ensure optimal value and outcome.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within service line projects and tasks, and promote topics across projects.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of business processes in investment management and the business at asset managers, fund managers, insurers, or banks.
• Degree in economics, (economic) mathematics/computer science, or a similar qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant from asset managers, asset servicers, insurance, or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with the implementation of software similar to hirify.global Dimension.
• Good communication and consulting skills, high degree of commercial awareness, customer orientation, and quality consciousness.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel.
