What you will do
- Project and stakeholder management, gathering insights and requirements to scope solutions and align expectations.
- Map customer journeys, partnering with product managers and sales teams to define communication strategies throughout the funnel.
- Plan and execute CRM Marketing campaign strategies based on data insights, research, and product discovery.
- Report on campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, with HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as strong assets.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize A/B/n tests across channels including email, WhatsApp, mobile push, and web push.
- Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Start-up mindset with a strong passion for experimentation, testing, and continuous optimization.
Nice to have
- Experience working in seed and early-stage start-up environments.
- Proficient in front-end and scripting languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, AMPscript, and HubL.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing customer journeys and campaigns in Braze.
- Fluent in both, English and Arabic.
