What you will do

  • Actively participate in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
  • Lead technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams.
  • Co-author proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements and delivery models.
  • Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Lead discovery and solution design workshops and translate requirements into actionable architectures.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2+ level).
