Location: Willingness to travel for client workshops, presentations, and key meetings

What you will do

Actively participate in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
Lead technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams.
Co-author proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements and delivery models.
Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Lead discovery and solution design workshops and translate requirements into actionable architectures.
Ensure security, compliance, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and proposal or RFP/RFI creation.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2+ level).
