What you will do

• Design and support scalable Pega Platform solutions, including case management, workflows, UI, and decisioning logic.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards.
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP, handling data models and authentication.
• Configure application security using RBAC and ABAC models to ensure data protection compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance using Tracer, PDC, and logs.
• Lead DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines and deployments via Pega Deployment Manager, while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform development within Agile environments.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Strong technical foundation in Java, object-oriented programming, and SQL.
• Experience with UI configuration using Pega Constellation or Cosmos.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency required.
