What you will do

• Conduct applied AI/ML research across areas like LLMs, agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and multimodal learning.
• Develop scalable prototypes to integrate with core products.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product designers to convert research into production-ready tools.
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models (e.g., open-source LLMs, embeddings).
• Contribute to long-term tech direction and stay informed on advancements in AI ethics.
• Ensure models are developed and deployed responsibly.

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML research, AI/ML engineering, or data science.
• Strong experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python and use of shared GPU/cloud environments.
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Operations Research, or similar.
• Curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience shipping AI-integrated products.
• Experience in fine-tuning models and data generation.
