What you will do

• Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions to production.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data→model→deployment→monitoring).
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by over 100 AI team members daily.
• Own complex projects and lead technical initiatives from design to implementation.
• Shape AI Platform strategy across teams and be a technical reference for Aily’s AI team.
• Lead cross-team design sessions, define, enforce, and maintain org-wide standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (3+ Mid, 4+ Senior, 6+ Principal).
• Strong Python, solid AI/ML fundamentals and deep AI/ML knowledge.
• Experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong software engineering practices and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Required to work hybrid (2 days per week in office) from Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
