Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Newcastle office, United Kingdom. Occasional travel to other Tesco offices may also be required.
Salary: £43,680 – £54,600 + bonus and excellent benefits.

- Deliver actionable analysis and insights to support product, engineering, and operational decisions.

- Lead exploratory analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor performance trends and drive continuous improvement through deep-dive analysis.
- Map end-to-end processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Create executive-ready reporting with clear narrative and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in an analyst role in Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collect business requirements using a variety of methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create the most effective and efficient solutions.
- Demonstrable experience of a technical leadership role in a medium to large enterprise organisation.
- Skilled people management and leadership capability.
