Focus on translating complex business problems into clear analytical questions, monitoring performance trends, and creating executive-ready reporting.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Newcastle office, United Kingdom. Occasional travel to other Tesco offices may also be required.

Salary: £43,680 – £54,600 + bonus and excellent benefits.

• Deliver actionable analysis and insights to support product, engineering, and operational decisions.

• Monitor performance trends and drive continuous improvement through deep-dive analysis.
• Map end-to-end processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create executive-ready reporting with clear narrative and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in an analyst role in Technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collect business requirements using a variety of methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create the most effective and efficient solutions.
• Demonstrable experience of a technical leadership role in a medium to large enterprise organisation.
• Skilled people management and leadership capability.
