What you will do

• Lead discovery, capturing as-is/to-be processes and business rules for Private Funds workflows across various financial domains.
• Define functional/non-functional requirements, writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with traceability to regulatory needs.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders including Product, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Operations, and external partners.
• Partner with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with market models and platform constraints.
• Define UAT scenarios, test data, and validation criteria.
• Maintain BA artefacts like process maps, SOPs, and requirements packs with versioning.

Requirements

• Strong Capital markets domain knowledge, especially in private funds, post-trade workflows, and market infrastructure processes.
• Proven BA delivery on large, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong process modelling (BPMN/UML), requirements management, backlog hygiene, and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to BoE Digital Securities Sandbox context.
• Experience integrating distribution channels with product onboarding flows.
• Prior work on DIGIT/DSD tender or similar public sector RFPs.
