What you will do

• Develop and execute a service-led sales strategy across hirify.global teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand challenges and offer tailored hirify.global Professional Services.
• Outline the value of Professional Services to customers early in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide cohesive solutions and align scoped services with customer needs.
• Compose Statements of Work and approve sales quotes with Professional Services offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in consultative technical roles, including at least 5 years in professional services or pre-sales.
• Good technical background in networking or security is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of professional services lifecycle, with proven customer-facing experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present PS value and offerings.
• Highly self-reliant, capable of driving customers and internal resources.
