What you will do

• Lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities using Agile methodologies.
• Design and architect complex, scalable, and robust enterprise applications.
• Solve complex technical challenges with optimal solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Leverage AI tools for automation, modeling, analysis, and code generation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise application development.
• In-depth knowledge of one major language ecosystem (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate and guide system architecture decisions for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Expertise in build automation tools and version control systems (Git).

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of enterprise security (OAuth, SAML/SSO).
• Experience in performance engineering.
• Exposure to banking transformation engagements (Mortgage, Retail, Corporate, Private Banking).
• Knowledge of Dutch language.
