What you will do

• Respond to tickets via helpdesk and handle Slack requests according to SLA.
• Process incoming client requests in Russian and English, gathering maximum information for resolution while maintaining minimal response time.
• Monitor the status of services.
• Work independently on problems using existing knowledge bases and system access.
• Determine when problems require escalation to the next level for resolution.
• Cooperate with other support levels and company departments using Slack and Jira.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical support (2+ years).
• English at C1 level.
• Ability to work night shifts (or in a time zone where it's regular working hours).

Nice to have

• Forex or crypto-related experience (trading, working for a forex broker, etc.).
