Salary: $127,000 - $212,000 USD

Requirements

• An experienced leader with at least eight years of software engineering experience and three or more years in technology leadership and people management.
• A people-first manager who knows how to build, organize, and motivate diverse teams with a strong sense of belonging.
• A strategic thinker who can define the strategy for your team in alignment with company-wide priorities and customer needs.
• An excellent communicator who communicates with clarity and brevity, tailoring your message to your audience.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, React, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Experience with hybrid teams.
• Experience with internal admin systems for SaaS products, coordinating closely with other internal stakeholders, or developing against APIs for business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing, payment vendors).
