TL;DR

Senior Director, Product Growth: Leading and executing product growth strategy by overseeing product portfolio development and optimization with an accent on aligning product roadmap with market demand and customer needs. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, defining go-to-market strategies, and establishing KPIs for product performance and revenue growth.

Location: This is a hybrid position located in the Bay Area, requiring office attendance 1-3 times a week. Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America. Not eligible for employment in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

Salary: $297,600 - $409,200 USD (Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the company's product growth strategy in alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer insights to inform product development and expansion plans.
  • Oversee the entire customer and user lifecycle, from acquisition and activation through monetization and expansion.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate product development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery that meets quality standards.
  • Grow, manage, and mentor a team of product managers and other relevant partners.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, adoption, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in product management, growth strategy, or an equivalent field, preferably in a B2B company.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and successfully launching new products.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, product development lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies, with familiarity in B2B SaaS or technology-enabled products.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate market trends and customer insights into practical growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing impactful teams, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level partners.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, agile environment.
