What you will do

• Shape upcoming hirify.global products by applying machine learning and software engineering.
• Improve real-time augmented information retrieval and generation capabilities.
• Develop information safety and search technologies.
• Understand user queries, retrieve and rank documents, and generate helpful answers.
• Work on horizontal areas including data generation, evaluation, and safety.

Requirements

• Experience with using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX for training and deploying deep learning models.
• Proficient in at least two programming languages such as Go, Swift, Python, C/C++, or Java.
• 3+ years of industry related experience, working in collaborative environments.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Analyzing search ranking and relevance requirements, issues, and opportunities.
• Building machine-learned models for search relevance ranking, query understanding, and questioning.
• Understanding product requirements and translating them into modeling and engineering tasks.
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent, or a related area.
