What you will do

• Contribute directly to AI agent development in an applied research role.
• Perform model training and dataset design.
• Execute pre- and post-training optimization.
• Solve reasoning, planning, and world modeling challenges in virtual and physical environments.
• Generate and implement new ideas in machine learning.
• Write code, design experiments, and interpret results.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience building machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or related language.
• Experience with deep learning methods and tools (e.g., PyTorch, JAX).
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, USA.
• Applicants from Los Angeles County and San Francisco must comply with local fair chance ordinances.
• English: B2 required.
