What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize AutoML algorithms and frameworks.
• Research, prototype, and integrate state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user requirements into scalable solutions.
• Build, test, and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Contribute to end-to-end machine learning pipeline design, including data ingestion and monitoring.
• Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies for sustained performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as Test Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, or related.
• 6 months experience with Python and one additional language (Java, C++, Go).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Experience with fine-tuning large language models (GPT-3, BERT) on cloud platforms and deploying them into production.
• Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts related to machine learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing technologies (AWS, Google Cloud).
