What you will do

• Own and lead the global technical training strategy for a large organization.
• Design scalable training programs supporting employees across regions, time zones, and roles.
• Partner with IT, People Team, and Business Teams to align training with company initiatives.
• Create engaging training content including live sessions, virtual training, and on-demand videos.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal applications and AI tools like Microsoft 365, Box, Zoom, Asana, Slack, and ChatGPT.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for large groups, both in-person and virtually.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a corporate or technical trainer.
• Experience training large, diverse audiences.
• Strong content creation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
