What you will do

• Lead and grow the ATS Platform team.
• Own platform architecture and delivery across ingestion, signals/fidelity, inference/decisioning, enforcement.
• Build web entity intelligence systems at scale.
• Evolve the model serving platform.
• Deliver tiered enforcement pipelines and integrate enforcement actions reliably with partner systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Applied Science, PM, Policy, Privacy/Compliance, and partner engineering teams to align roadmaps and deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 15+ years of professional engineering experience (or equivalent).
• 8+ years leading senior engineers/tech leads.
• Proven delivery of web-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building serving/decision platforms with strict latency, throughput, and correctness constraints.
• Experience in high-integrity domains requiring auditability, controls, and security/privacy-by-design.
• Strong stakeholder leadership.

Nice to have

• Deep domain experience in Trust & Safety / Fraud / Abuse / Risk systems.
• Expertise in heterogeneous inference platforms.
