What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform (chatbots, virtual assistants, automated workflows).
• Customize, configure, and optimize the Kore.ai platform focusing on UI design, dialogue flows, and task automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and enhance bot performance, staying updated on Kore.ai features, AI, and machine learning trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform.
• Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.ai tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript or other scripting languages.
• Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management.
