What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of features in a cross-geo, cross-org, cross-product setup.
• Design, build, and optimize production-grade code, delivering robust features within an existing architecture.
• Design and build evaluation systems that test LLM capabilities in the healthcare domain.
• Run experiments to determine how different prompting techniques affect results on internal and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and designers.
• Lead by example in software development best practices and influence improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of strong software engineering experience with coding in languages/frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence engineering decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise building products at scale, with domain expertise in distributed systems/cloud infrastructure, web, mobile, GenAI.
• Experience with data engineering, handling text dataset sourcing, curation, and processing tasks at scale.
• Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with regulated medical devices or large consumer products.
• Passionate about conversational AI and its deployment.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
• Experience developing and improving evaluation methodologies for assessing quality of LLM-based products.
