What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions for payments.
• Develop novel deep learning and LLM for task automation, text processing, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
• Define research and experiments strategy with an iterative execution approach to progressively improve AI/ML model results.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify and solve large, complex problems requiring scientific innovation.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to leverage expertise, improving their technical knowledge and engineering practices.
• Independently guide the team to file for patents and/or publish research work.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD with 5+ years of practical machine learning experience.
• Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or Perl.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
• Experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, TPU, or other AI acceleration hardware.
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
