What you will do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise strategy for Data & Identity Security aligned to business priorities.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable multi-year roadmaps across identity lifecycle, privileged access, and data governance.
• Provide executive-level guidance and influence across engineering, product, and cloud teams.
• Drive cross-team adoption of identity and data protection standards at scale.
• Oversee program execution with a focus on measurable risk reduction and operational excellence.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization, defining KPIs for program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years in leadership roles, preferably in product or application security.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation across complex technical environments.
• Strong strategic problem-solving capabilities and ability to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Strong understanding of identity and data security concepts.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and experience partnering with cloud engineering.
