TL;DR

Vice President - Artificial Intelligence Auditor (Fintech): Leading independent assurance over AI control environments with an accent on Generative and Agentic AI systems throughout their lifecycle. Focus on evaluating data governance, model design, deployment, and security controls while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards in financial services.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas

What you will do

  • Lead and execute technology audits across AI platforms, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Evaluate controls for Generative and Agentic AI regarding provenance, privacy, and bias mitigation.
  • Assess AI model design, testing, validation, and explainability frameworks.
  • Monitor AI deployment, drift detection, and incident response processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to AI hallucinations, intellectual property, and data leakage.
  • Prepare impactful audit reports for senior management and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology audit required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of AI audit experience required.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and data governance.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC.
  • ISACA Advanced in AI Audit (AAIA) credential.
