Salary: $272,000 USD – $408,000 USD (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Identity Security Platform Engineering organization, setting vision and strategy, building teams, and owning delivery and operations for cloud services and APIs.
• Deliver secure, scalable, highly resilient API-first services for identity, authentication, authorization, provisioning, credential management, and trusted execution enclaves infrastructure.
• Operationalize the Identity Platform Infrastructure “as a service” model, partnering with internal builders to deliver friction-free services at global scale.
• Uphold high standards for architecture, reliability, performance, and security, leading and influencing technical design across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Security, and Product Engineering to prioritize investments and accelerate delivery of end-customer value.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, ownership, and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
• Strong background in building and operating cloud-native, cloud-scale platform and infrastructure services.
• Solid understanding of modern identity, secrets management, and access control patterns.
• Proven ability to lead organizations through platform transformation while delivering reliable infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to connect technical strategy to business outcomes and inspire teams around near- and long-term goals.
• Track record of building, scaling, and operating diverse, high-performing engineering organizations.
• Must be based in the USA for this role.
