Compliance Oversight Lead (AI): Building and leading the operational infrastructure for the Integrity & Compliance function, ensuring consistency and accountability across all compliance pillars. Focus on policy management, training, controls testing, and reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness and maturity to stakeholders.

Location: Must be able to work from either the Washington, DC, San Francisco, or New York City office at least 3 days a week

Salary: $255,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the compliance training program, developing and tracking completion of training that meets regulatory and organizational needs.
• Manage the policy lifecycle, ensuring policies are current, coherent, and demonstrably communicated to employees.
• Lead implementation and administration of a GRC system for Integrity & Compliance.
• Design and execute testing and monitoring programs for key compliance controls.
• Coordinate responses to compliance-related due diligence requests.
• Develop and maintain compliance metrics and KPIs that demonstrate program effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in compliance, risk, internal audit, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience implementing or administering GRC technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of compliance program fundamentals: policy management, training, controls testing, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work from either the Washington, DC, San Francisco, or New York City office at least 3 days a week.
• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Big 4 or other compliance consulting or advisory professional services firm.
• Experience in a tech company or other fast-paced and hyper-scaling environment.
