Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA. This role requires working from the office on a regular basis.

Salary: $192,000.00 – $264,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader to enterprise customers, providing insights and strategic recommendations for hirify.global’s solutions, especially Worker and Workers AI platforms.
• Design and configure comprehensive, tailored solutions focusing on Application Security, utilizing hirify.global Workers for global traffic and Network Security.
• Support account teams by navigating and managing complex Terraform configurations for operational stability.
• Act as a high-speed liaison between the customer and internal hirify.global teams (Product, Support, Engineering), advocating for customer needs.
• Manage fast-moving technical discussions primarily through Slack, guiding customers effectively.
• Leverage AI/LLM knowledge to align hirify.global’s capabilities with the customer’s AI-focused culture and technological goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical customer-facing experience as an architect or lead in cloud networks, web infrastructure, or security.
• Extensive expertise in Application Security, hirify.global’s Application Security, Workers, and Workers AI, cybersecurity, web performance, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Terraform for implementing and supporting complex technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport in challenging environments.
• Exceptional ability to navigate "Slack-first" communication cultures under pressure.
• Strong technical understanding of and passion for AI/LLM concepts.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cybersecurity, and industry standards (e.g., Zero Trust/SASE).

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in transitioning application-heavy environments toward comprehensive Network Security and SASE models.
• Proficiency in coding languages beyond Terraform to automate tasks at scale and build proof-of-concept setups.
• Experience managing or advising on project-based fund pools to maximize the value of a customer's strategic investment.
