Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. This role is hirify.global's first dedicated Product Marketing Manager in Sydney, supporting the ANZ sales organization and local campaigns for the Australian market.

What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with ANZ sales teams and enable them with dedicated sales plays, collateral, and competitive positioning.
- Adapt global messaging, positioning, and support local campaign ideation for the Australian market.
- Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap through local customer and market insights.
- Support the amplification of product launches and shape go-to-market strategy for the ANZ region.
- Work with the Enablement team to integrate product marketing into sales processes and training.
- Champion the customer voice from APJ into your everyday work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS.
- Autonomous and comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong relationship builder who can quickly earn trust with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong communication skills.
- Deep empathy for users and ability to adapt communication to APJ audiences.
- Curiosity and cultural awareness to identify and translate the importance of compliance across industries and regions.
- Experience working closely with sales teams is a must.
