hirify.global is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to transition their newly launched website from traditional cold calling to a sophisticated digital marketing approach.
What you will do
- Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, managing advertising budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, segmenting lists, and setting up automated workflows.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with the website and advertising platforms, setting up tracking, lead scoring, and providing actionable intelligence to sales.
- Install and configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion tracking, ensuring seamless data flow and attribution.
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and key metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of lead generation.
- Strong technical expertise with Zoho CRM (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation, and tracking pixels.
- Experience with email marketing on Zoho CRM and setting up technical integrations between marketing platforms and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably financial services or professional services.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and email content, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with banking, finance broking, or business lending sectors.
- Knowledge of Australian business market and regulations.
- Google Ads certification and LinkedIn Marketing certification.
- Experience with landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, SEO principles, content marketing, and marketing attribution models.
