What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Workspace Mobile applications.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and UX designers to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, including discovery, customer research, requirements definition, and successful product launches.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with commercial priorities, product strategy, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams for successful delivery and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs, usage analytics, and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and increase engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager with demonstrable success in delivering Mobile Apps (iOS, Android, web).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to speak knowledgeably with business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, bringing actionable insights.
• Superb attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality requirements/user stories.
• Previous experience working with agile/scrum.
