Curriculum Developer & Instructor (AI)

TL;DR

Curriculum Developer & Instructor (AI): Developing and delivering training courses for hirify.global users with an accent on machine learning and GenAI use cases. Focus on designing new technical courses, producing high-quality on-demand content, and teaching both virtually and in-person for the APJ region.

Location: Remote, must be based in Australia or Singapore. Ability to travel regionally throughout Asia and Australia.

What you will do

• Develop hirify.global training courses (slides, videos, labs) for on-demand and instructor-led delivery.
• Design new training courses for various personas, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.
• Produce high-quality on-demand training content for the hirify.global Academy.
• Teach hirify.global courses virtually and in-person for public and private deliveries.
• Help write and deploy quizzes and certification exams.
• Establish a community presence and deliver training/talks at conferences.

Requirements

• Located in Australia or Singapore.
• Ability to travel regionally throughout Asia and Australia.
• Proven experience developing curriculum for technical audiences like software engineers and database developers.
• Proven experience and ability to teach audiences of all different sizes and backgrounds.
• Experience with SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with curriculum development for databases and/or distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of building machine learning applications and/or GenAI.
• Experience with hirify.global database.
• Experience with one or more Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
