TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (AI): Building and evolving foundational Kubernetes and Azure platform capabilities for an AI-driven advertising platform with an accent on cloud infrastructure, scalability, and security. Focus on designing architecture, driving AKS enablement, and ensuring a stable migration from on-prem to Azure.

Location: Must be based in Mountain View, US; hybrid role requiring 4 days/week in office.

Salary: $119,800 – $258,000 per year.

What you will do

Lead infrastructure design and architecture for on-prem to Azure migrations.
Drive AKS enablement and standardize workload onboarding using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform compliance, reliability, and security.
Develop and maintain infrastructure code, libraries, and automation tooling.
Mentor junior engineers and facilitate technical design decisions.
Support global, high-availability systems with a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of professional engineering experience with coding in languages like Python, C#, or Java.
Significant experience with hirify.global Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms).
Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD or release engineering systems.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes (AKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
Demonstrated ability to drive architectural direction and lead large-scale system initiatives.

Nice to have

Master’s degree in Computer Science.
6-8+ years of technical engineering experience.
Strong background in Go or TypeScript.
