What you will do

• Build and maintain service frameworks, shared libraries, and developer tooling.
• Drive AI adoption by championing agentic software development and AI-integrated workhirify.globals.
• Define standards for APIs, background jobs, and event-driven architectures.
• Improve local development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure services are observable, secure, and production-ready.
• Contribute to system design and architecture across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong experience building paved-path platforms for production-scale systems.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages including Kotlin, TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Must be able to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity in designated US office locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tooling, metrics, and tracing.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems and developer efficiency tooling.
• Background in high-scale or multi-service environments.
